ABOUT
Founded in Autumn 1998 (Miskolc, Hungary), MARBLEBOG is rooted in black metal, although new elements have appeared in the music through the years and the project has taken a few trips to the fields of ambient music as well. MARBLEBOG is inspired by Nature, meditation and Hungarian heritage which appears in the form of a few melodies and in the form of the nowadays Hungarian-written lyrics.
During the years MARBLEBOG has worked with several labels and released 3 full-lengths and a lot of split releases and demo/promo stuff and also participated in a few compilations.
After the split releases already scheduled the fourth full-length is to be released. One can expect more particular, experimental music with a new kind of guitar tune.
